The Green Land Society for Health Development (GLSHD) continues to strengthen access to essential healthcare services through its community-based health interventions targeting vulnerable and underserved communities across the West Bank.
As part of the project activities, GLSHD organized community outreach sessions, home visits, and health awareness activities focusing on disease prevention, maternal and child health, nutrition, rehabilitation healthy lifestyles, and early detection of common health conditions. The activities were implemented by qualified healthcare professionals in close collaboration with local communities to ensure that health information and services reach those most in need.
Through these interventions, the project aims to improve health awareness, promote preventive healthcare practices, and enhance community resilience by empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
