Seen Youth Network organized an interactive board games workshop in Palestine, bringing together 18 young men and women to create a safe space for emotional expression, communication, and meaningful interaction. The initiative responds to the growing need for supportive community spaces that promote dialogue and connection among youth.
The workshop opened with interactive ice-breaking activities to build rapport and encourage active participation. Participants then engaged in a variety of board games, ranging from competitive and cooperative formats to critical thinking challenges, facilitated by trained members of the network. The activities combined fun, reflection, and collaboration, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment.
As part of the workshop, participants also tested a newly developed card game designed by Seen Youth Network and shared feedback to help refine the tool in line with young people’s needs and experiences.
This workshop is part of the network’s ongoing efforts to strengthen youth engagement, social connection, and mental well-being through creative, play-based approaches.
